Flocculation Compounds for Waste Water Treatment

Clean process water is a must

The effluent from the mass finishing process contains abrasive and metal fines, frequently oil, and occasionally metal in solution.

Whether or not the effluent is to be recycled back into the finishing process or to the sewer, it needs to be cleaned first.

Rosler flocculation compounds clean the effluent coming from the mass finishing process by separating solids and oil from the liquid.

The Rosler liquid flocculants AR 84XX were specifically developed for recycling the process water with centrifuges.

They prevent salt buildup and undesirable foaming in the process water.

Powder flocculants - manual or automatic dosing

For process water recycling with little solids (few abrasive fines) powder flocculants may be required. They can be added manually or with automatic feeding systems.

FLOCCULANTS FOR CLEANING EFFLUENT BEFORE DISCHARGE TO THE SEWER

The Rosler flocculants, series AR 7XXX and AR 9XXX, allow the flocculation of almost any mass finishing effluent, regardless of their contaminants like metal and abrasive fines, oil, dissolved metal, high pH, low pH, etc.

Waste water treated with Rosler flocculants meets all legal requirements for discharge to the sewer.
