High volume production

Rosler's Line-o-matic DA linear continuous flow vibratory systems are powerful vibrators for high-volume production and aggressive grinding and deburring of castings, die-castings, forged parts, and stampings. Line-o-matics are mainly used to process mid-sized and large components, however; their large capacity also makes them ideal for deburring high volumes of small mass-produced parts.

Variable process times

By adjusting the inclination of the work bowl and the speed of the vibratory drive system, process times can be varied from 4 to 25 minutes.
