Long Radius for Longer Processing

Rosler LR series long radius vibratory machines feature a processing channel that is 3-4 times longer than standard rotary vibrators, making them ideal for continuous feed processing of small to mid-sized delicate parts. Long radius machines allow for processing times of up to 10 minutes.

Single vibratory drive Unlike the competition, Rosler’s Long Radius machines have a single vibratory drive. This eliminates the need for drive or timing belts, tensioning devices, etc. The Rosler drive system is powerful and virtually maintenance free.
