Process water recycling

Environmentally and economically sound

Rosler centrifugal filters allow you to reuse the mass finishing process water.

Instead of going down the drain, the effluent from the mass finishing machine is cleaned continuously, and recycled back into the finishing machine.

This is a win-win situation for both the environment and your budget.

Recycling compounds

Your Rosler centrifuge requires special recycling compounds to clean and recycle the process water.

The right compound for every application

The choice of recycling compound depends on:

  • the amound of oil carried into the finishing process
  • the type and quantity of media and metal fines in the effluent

Magnesium finishing requires a special compound. Please contact us for details on this process. We also develop specialized formulations for individual applications.
